Legitimate service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.

9. Children and Passengers Requiring Assistance

A parent, guardian, caregiver, or legally authorized person is responsible for determining whether a minor or passenger requiring assistance may travel independently.

We may require an adult or responsible caregiver to accompany a passenger when reasonably necessary for safety or when required by law.

Drivers are transportation providers and are not medical attendants, personal-care assistants, babysitters, or emergency responders.

10. Medical and Emergency Transportation

Our ordinary transportation service is not an ambulance, emergency medical service, or substitute for emergency care.

Do not use the website to request emergency assistance. Call 911 when a person may be experiencing a medical emergency or immediate danger.

Customers are responsible for determining whether ordinary passenger transportation is appropriate for their condition.

11. Passenger Property

Customers are responsible for their personal property.

We are not responsible for items lost, forgotten, stolen, or damaged in a vehicle unless the loss resulted directly from conduct for which liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers should contact us promptly regarding lost property. We do not guarantee that an item will be located, stored, or returned.

Reasonable delivery or shipping costs may apply to the return of found property.

12. Vehicle Cleaning and Damage

Customers may be charged for intentional damage, excessive messes, bodily fluids, smoke contamination, prohibited substances, or other cleaning and repair expenses caused by the customer or a member of the customer’s party.

Charges may include cleaning, repair, replacement, vehicle downtime, and other documented losses to the extent permitted by law.

15. Website Availability and Security

We attempt to keep the website and booking system available and secure. However, we do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted operation.

The website may be unavailable because of maintenance, software errors, hardware failures, cyberattacks, DDoS attacks, telecommunications failures, hosting problems, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to these Terms or our services will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Michigan.

Before filing a legal claim, the parties are encouraged to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute directly.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, pricing practices, website features, security requirements, or legal obligations change.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
